Finding what's at risk, turning an email into a lead, explaining why deals stall - AI does the heavy lifting by default. Turn it off entirely, though, and every other feature still works exactly the same. Nothing here is locked behind AI.
No AI key configured? Every non-AI feature works exactly the same.
No onboarding call required - if you've used a spreadsheet, you already know most of this.
Add one by hand, import a CSV from wherever you're switching from, or forward/BCC an email and let AI turn it into a lead automatically.
Drag deals through your stages, apply a follow-up sequence, and let lead scoring tell you which ones need attention today.
Capture why deals were won or lost, then check the analytics to find your bottlenecks and your best sources - not just your totals.
Eight specific places AI does real work in this product - not a vague "AI-powered" sticker. Each one is reviewable before anything happens, and every one of them is optional.
Forward or BCC any email. AI matches it to an existing deal or proposes a new one, drafts a summary, and spots commitments worth a task or reminder. Nothing is created until you approve it.
One search box, two jobs: find leads matching a plain-English description, or ask for a prediction, risk, or trend. Every number it gives back is computed from your real data, never guessed.
A long string of notes becomes a few sentences: where things stand, what's outstanding. One click catches you up on a lead you haven't touched in weeks - cached until something new gets added.
Mention "call him Tuesday" in a note and AI notices, offering to turn it into a task or reminder right there. Vague notes get no suggestion at all - it only speaks up when there's something concrete.
Say what the email should do - or say nothing and let it infer from context - and get a complete, specific subject and body using that lead's actual details and history. Always lands in the editor, never sent on its own.
Paste whatever you typed during a call - half-sentences, abbreviations, whatever - and get back an organized note, plus any concrete follow-ups it finds buried in there.
A few sentences every week on what actually happened - wins, losses, what's worth watching - grounded in the same numbers as the charts beneath it. If the week was quiet, it says so instead of padding with nothing.
Skip searching the help docs. Ask "how do reminder emails work?" in plain English and get a direct answer pulled from the actual manual - not a generic chatbot guess.
Upload your old CRM's own export - no reformatting, no spreadsheet surgery. Every column name it actually uses, in either platform, is recognized automatically.
Upload Pipedrive's or HubSpot's own CSV export directly. Nothing is reshaped on your end first.
No lock-in: export your pipeline, notes, tasks, reminders, sent emails, and files anytime, reshaped to fit right back into either platform.
Pipedrive or HubSpot's own export button - no special setup on their end.
Parses everything and shows you exactly what would happen, before anything is written.
Check the warnings, download the SQL audit if you want a record, then import for real.
Every deal lives on a card. Drag it forward, and everything else - position, history, follow-up timing - updates itself.
A kanban board you actually look at. Color-coded phases, deal value on every card, and a live "lead score" badge so reps know which deals to call first.
Forward or BCC an email to your CRM inbox, or drag in a saved message file. AI reads it, matches it to an existing deal or proposes a new one, drafts a summary, and spots any commitments worth a task or reminder - you approve before anything is created.
One search box, two jobs: find leads in plain English, or ask for analysis. The AI never guesses at numbers - it reasons over statistics computed straight from your database, then explains them in plain English.
Set up a cadence once - "Day 0 call, Day 3 email, Day 7 check-in" - and apply it to any lead in one click. Reminders, a calendar view, and a "My Tasks" list keep the team on schedule without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet of next steps.
Past the vanity metrics: time-in-stage bottlenecks, conversion funnels, value sitting at risk, win rate by source, and why deals are actually won or lost - not just that they were.
Configurable data visibility (per-rep or team-wide, your choice), optional or mandatory two-factor authentication, account lockout after failed logins, and a full audit trail of who did what, when.
Not every sales team needs (or wants to pay for) an enterprise CRM with a six-week rollout.
A handful of reps who need one shared source of truth for deals, without seat-based pricing that punishes growth.
If "following up" currently means re-reading old email threads, the AI email capture alone will save hours a week.
Not just "deals closed" - where deals get stuck, which sources are worth the spend, and why deals are actually lost.
Not a list of buzzwords - the specific traits of a company that gets real value out of this, written plainly enough that you can self-qualify in about ten seconds.
None of these need their own slide, but you'll miss them if they're not there.
Add the fields specific to your business - text, number, date, dropdown, or checkbox - without touching code.
Every reminder and task due date in one month view, color-coded by type.
Upload either platform's own CSV export directly - no reformatting. Export your data back out the same way, anytime. Details above.
Flags leads that share an email or company so you notice before you call the same prospect twice.
Every login, lead change, and settings update, exportable to CSV for your own records.
Reps see only their own deals by default, or flip one setting so the whole team shares every lead instead. Admins always see everything either way.
In your own database, on your own server. Nothing about how this runs requires sending your leads to a third party - the only outbound calls are to your own configured email provider (for sending mail) and, if you turn it on, the Anthropic API for AI features.
You connect your own Anthropic API key in Settings, and you're billed by Anthropic directly for what you actually use - there's no markup or bundled "AI credits" tucked into a higher plan. AI search, analysis, and email parsing are all optional; nothing requires them to function.
Yes, anytime - an Export Data page covers the whole pipeline (leads, notes, tasks, reminders, sent emails, and a file manifest), not just a leads list, and a format selector reshapes any of it to Pipedrive's or HubSpot's own column names if you're heading there. It's your data either way - exporting it isn't a retention feature you have to ask for.
Yes - email-to-lead capture works by forwarding or BCC-ing from whatever you already use (Outlook, Gmail, anything), and outbound email reminders and templates send through your own SendGrid account.
Whichever you need - it's a single setting, not a fixed structure. By default, each person sees and works only their own leads. Flip "Lead Visibility" to shared in Settings and the whole team sees, opens, and can reassign every lead instead, like one combined pipeline. You can change your mind later; it isn't a one-way decision baked in at setup.
They get a setup key emailed to them the moment they enable two-factor authentication, so they can add it to a new device themselves. If that's lost too, an administrator can reset 2FA for any account in a click - there's always a way back in.
Everything above is already running. Log in and see your pipeline.
